Since the news broke Kim and Kanye are having a baby everyone has been obsessed with everything they do. From buying a used mansion to observing Kim’s “baby bump” there is little place for Kim and Kanye to hide. What I dare ask it why does it matter?
It actually seems like people are paying Kim so much attention because they want to criticize her every move. It would be the ultimate closure if Kim and Kanye did something wrong which ended their relationship. In a way it is kind of funny. People want to see if Kim messes up yet they complain Kim gets too much attention.
To be frank I do not care about Kim and Kanye having a baby. The main reason being is women get pregnant every day. Kim is one of many women who get pregnant out of wedlock. The only reason she sticks out is because she is “famous”.
The label of fame suddenly gives people an ethereal light. It is as if every day of their life is somewhat different than ours. The truth is these people are only different in the amount of money they make. The cold truth is we made Kim the celebrity she is. We click the link to every story with her name on it yet wonder why she is famous.
Famous people do not ask for the attention they get. We give it to them and when they have the nerve to be human (or less than human) we throw them under the bus. We comment on articles about them claiming, “This is not news.” The amount of attention we spend trying to see if Kim and Kanye are going to mess up is ridiculous. We could be using such time to contribute to bettering our own lives or bettering someone else’s.
Kim and Kanye having a baby is important to us because we enjoy insulting and judging someone who dares makes a better living than we do. We like it when Ke$ha says she did not want to sing “Die Young” because though she makes more money than us she is dumber than us.
Look at what we did to the Mayans. We took their calendar ending as the end of the world and when it did not happen we laughed and said the Mayans are stupid. Even though there are advocates against bullying people still feel the need to insult someone who they think do not deserve what they have.
Kim does not deserve a baby and a husband because she made a porn tape to be famous. This is most likely the reason many women cite when asked, “Why do you hate Kim Kardashian?”
Celebrities get paid whether or not you like them or hate them. Instead of posting comments in response to why you hate Kanye and Kim ignore it. If the story is not getting enough attention you will most likely hear about it less. Now do not get your hopes up the first day you ignore all celebrity news. The likelihood of people admitting they are contributing to “talentless celebrity” popularity is very low. For yourself focus all of that attention on making your life better.
